E-portfolios are a tool can contribute to reflective growth, support learning of 21st century skills, allow graduates to showcase their skills and achievements to potential employers and promote the development of student cognitive and metacognitive development (XXXX, XXXX,XXX).
They can be used in a number of ways that align with the pursuits of learning and teaching we hold at CMTN; experiential learning with robust opportunities for reflection, authentic learning, social process and transparency of transformation can all be part of the e-portfolio experience for students.
